Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt

Six Sigma Certification has been a rising form of qualification many leading companies recognize. But with this there is a new movement with respect to Six Sigma that many previously certified Black Belts do not see coming, Six Sigma Belt validation. Unlike the Black Belt movement of the 80s and 90s, Human Resource managers and executives are seeking to validate the need of Green Belts and Black Belts who previously demanded 20,000 to 30,000 more in salary. They Are Asking 3 Questions: How robust was your training and qualification exam? Was your project valid and performed in industry? What is your certifications renewal policy and robustness of you validating? This has lead ISCEA to develop an internationally accepted Certified Lean Six Sigma Certification process, which would evaluate the individuals on their current level of knowledge, not certification, and recommend the best path for them to take.
